PSI Video InterviewTM  utilizes audio, language, and emotion analysis through the integration of IBM Watson and Microsoft Cognitive with the delivered results being assessed using proprietary algorithms. The machine learning AI analysis of interviewees evaluates the content of the video responses for tone, personality, natural language understanding, visual emotions and provides AI-driven data to support HR decision making.

Sharing

All submitted interview responses and recorded live interviews can be shared with interviewers (account holders) and with outside reviewers who can comment and view as guests.

Rating 

There are three evaluation and rating mechanisms available to interviewers below the interviewee responses when reviewing interviews. The entire interviewee response page including evaluation elements below can be securely shared with other interviewers for commenting and rating. These include:

  • • 5-point scorecards with 1-100% rating scale
  • • Centralized, customizable scorecards can be pre-created based on job classification    
  • • All interviewer comments and ratings are aggregated, averaged and displayed below the interviewee video responses
  • Single or multi-reviewer scorecard system for bias reduction
  • AI cognitive analysis on submitted interviews  
  • Multimedia questionnaires – Ask questions in video or text format and request responses in video, audio or text format  
  • Flexible interview experience controls:  
    1. Interviewer can stipulate how many recording attempts the interviewee has before submitting.  
    2. Interviewee can replay their response to review before submitting
