To drive business improvement, and to innovate a culture of excellence and grow its already strong market share, the CEO recognised the need to invest in and develop the performance of the senior management team to underpin sustainable growth.
BFTS engaged PSI to provide executive coaching solutions to catalyse a step change in performance. Using the PSI catalyst coaching methodology, we delivered high impact executive coaching over a period of six months for the top team. The aim was to increase self-awareness, address current challenges and maximise future leadership effectiveness. The coaching explored underpinning attitudes and emotions as the focus for behavioural change, drawing upon a range of 360 metrics, psychometrics and psychological models from the PSI development hub.
Coachees quickly engaged with and responded positively to the coaching. Tangible performance improvements have been observed by colleagues, including enhanced input into senior team meetings and major long-term contracts secured with key clients.
