For the past 20 years, Steve Tapp has been an executive specializing in the assessment and education markets. Since joining PSI in 2008, he has overseen the growth of the company into a global leader in Knowledge Measurement providing clients with the technology, content and expertise needed to empower people in their careers and drive organizational success.
Prior to PSI, Steve was a key executive with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, the leading US-based educational publisher. He held several positions including Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance & Strategy, President of Great Source, the supplemental educational publishing division and President at Promissor, the Houghton Mifflin Assessment business that was sold to Pearson in January 2006.
Originally from England, Steve started his career working as an economist specializing in regulated industries for a government agency in the United Kingdom. Steve is a Certified Management Accountant (ACMA) and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the UK’s University of Southampton.
Paul Dean joined PSI in the Spring of 2019, bringing with him over 20 years of extensive financial, accounting, and operational experience. Paul is responsible for the oversight of all of PSI’s accounting and finance activities, including banking, financial reporting, auditing, accounting policies and procedures, tax and treasury matters, budgeting, and forecasting. He also oversees the human capital, compliance and legal organizations.
Before PSI, Paul served as the Chief Financial and Operating Officer for Capital Brands, LLC (owner of Magic Bullet® & NutriBullet® brands). Prior to that, Paul filled the role of CFO of Universal Studios +$1bn Home Entertainment division, overseeing all financial aspects of the home entertainment and consumer products business across 40 countries and over 500 employees. Prior to becoming the CFO, he was the Senior Vice President and Global Controller of Universal Studios +$5bn film studio. For 10 years before that, Paul was also a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he specialized in consumer products and entertainment industries.
Paul has a wide range of financial and accounting experiences across a number of both public and private companies, including Sony Pictures, Activision, DreamWorks Animation, Entravision, and New Regency Productions. He holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce from the University of Adelaide, Australia and an MBA from the International Graduate School of Management, University of South Australia.
Peter Celeste joined PSI in early 2017 and has end to end responsibility for Talogy previously the PSI Talent Management business. He is an accomplished senior executive with over 20 years of experience in tech enabled business to business service companies in both the public and private sectors. Peter sits on the global Executive Team reporting to Steve Tapp, CEO.
Prior to joining Talogy, Peter was President at The Search Agency where he led the company’s overall strategy and was responsible for the management and operations of its global agency P&L. Prior to The Search Agency, he served as an executive team member and SVP and GM of Oversee.net’s Monetization Services division with responsibility for four business units and a 9-figure P&L. Before joining Oversee, Peter was GM of MyCorporation, an online incorporation business in Intuit’s small business division. He also spent seven years with Overture / Yahoo! where he was the Regional General Manager for Yahoo!’s Search and Search Marketing business in the Americas. He played a key role in launching and growing Overture’s International division from a team of three to a billion dollar organization with 800+ people and a presence in over 20 international markets within five years.
Peter holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
Janet Garcia joined PSI in November of 2017 and is a business leader with a strong track record of growing businesses within education and learning technology markets. Based in London, she is responsible for the growth of PSI’s global Credentialing business through a combination of strong organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Janet sits on the global Executive Team reporting to Steve Tapp, CEO.
Previous positions held by Janet include International Director of e-learning for assessment and talent management leader, MindLeaders (now Skillsoft); Managing Director of Financial Services for e-learning company, Intuition; SVP of Sales EMEA for research consultancy firm Frost & Sullivan; and more recently Chief Commercial Officer at Imparta. All these companies enjoyed significant success and business growth during Janet’s tenure.
Janet has a Law degree from Exeter University, UK.
Ian Necus joined PSI in 2008 and is currently responsible for leading the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office. This group coordinates, aggregates and reports on M&A activity, client implementations, product development and strategic initiative projects across the organization. In addition, he also has responsibility for Technology Operations.
Prior to PSI, Ian worked in the assessment industry as an executive for Pearson PLC in the United Kingdom, primarily working with many clients to implement assessment solutions. He has been instrumental in the emergence of computer-based testing, as implemented for numerous clients in Europe and a growing number of clients in the U.S. His most recent role, as Vice President of Technology and Operations for Pearson Language tests, involved developing and delivering a portfolio of high quality, innovative assessments in the area of language proficiency on a global scale.
Before working in the assessment industry, Ian gained 15 years of experience in software project management, consulting, and change management within large blue-chip organizations, such as British Airways and Sainsbury’s. Ian is a highly experienced program delivery manager, involved with enterprise-wide system developments for both operational and customer data-related applications. He has managed large architecture, design, and development teams in a variety of arenas. Ian has also presented at several assessment conferences, both in the US and Europe.
Ian received a Bachelor of Science in Math and Chemistry from Keele University in the UK.
Brett joined PSI in 2002 and has guided the company’s operational strategy through its growth and diversification into a global leader in Credentialing. His responsibilities include all aspects of global test delivery and development of and support of PSI’s market leading content and technologies for the Credentialing markets. Brett sits on the global Executive Team reporting to Steve Tapp, CEO.
Brett is continually focused on making sure that PSI maintains and improves on the operational excellence that clients expect and has contributed to PSI’s growth through the years. Before joining PSI, Brett held various positions in customer service and strategic business planning for publicly traded companies in the Internet-based companies.
Brett received his MBA from California State University, Northridge and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UCLA.
John Weiner has an extensive background in the science and industry of assessment for credentialing, workplace and learning applications. As CSO, he leads PSI’s Science Advisory Board and the company’s global credentialing content teams, solutions, and strategic initiatives. In a career spanning more than 30 years in the assessment industry, John has guided the strategic development of innovative, sound and lawful solutions that have benefited hundreds of diverse organizations, including government agencies, professional associations, regulators, and Fortune 500 companies.
John joined PSI in 1998 to lead talent assessment products and services and went on the lead the consulting, psychometric, and content departments for all markets, progressing to the executive level in 2005. During his tenure with the company, he led the transition to technology-based assessment and development of several assessment product lines, developed PSI’s widely used FormCast® method for automated test assembly, and created a data forensics unit and proprietary metrics to enhance test security. Before joining PSI, John served as a consultant to the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards for over a decade, where he led the development of widely-used assessment tools and standards for law enforcement selection and certification.
John is active in professional associations such as ATP, SIOP, ICE, CLEAR, ITC, and NCME, and currently chairs the Board of Directors for the Association of Test Publishers. He has made over 120 presentations at international conferences and co-authored a book on Online Recruitment and Selection (Wiley-Blackwell), and book chapters on licensure and certification testing and systems for Next Generation Global Technology-Based Assessment (Cambridge University Press).
John holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento, specializing in quantitative and industrial/organizational psychology.
At Talogy, previously PSI Talent Management, Chris Small is responsible for driving growth strategies across the international region, consisting of Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific markets. He leads the business development, consulting, and customer experience teams in those markets.
Chris has a record of leading the development and growth of international assessment and technology companies, through establishing both strong customer and partner relationships. Previously as Deputy CEO of the UK-based Saville Consulting, he led the consulting, training, and international businesses. He is a Chartered Psychologist with a strong consulting and client focus and has over 15 years’ experience. He provides organizations with impactful human capital solutions, often focused on merging assessment, technology, and broader consulting expertise, to deliver practical client solutions.
Chris is a Chartered Industrial/Organizational Psychologist with the British Psychological Society and holds his Master of Sciences in Occupational Psychology from Northumbria University and his Bachelor of Sciences in Psychology from Newcastle University.
Alon Schwartz oversees all business development, account management and license management functions for PSI’s Licensure market. Alon has been instrumental in the strategic growth and direction of the Licensure business during his time at PSI. For the past twelve years, Alon has held senior positions in Operations as well as managing client relationships in both the Licensure and Certification markets.
Prior to PSI, Alon worked at an internet software company, where he was responsible for managing the company’s entire operations with a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm in Pune, India.
Alon received his MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Dr. Rory McCorkle oversees the growth, client success, and marketing for PSI’s Global Certification, Admissions, and Education markets. He has extensive experience both managing and consulting for assessment programs, specializing in the strategic organization of these programs, their design and development. During his career, Rory has worked with over 800 testing organizations and educational institutions, including globally renowned certification and admissions programs as well as universities and colleges.
Previous to PSI, Rory served as the President of International Credentialing Associates (ICA). He also worked at IEEE, the Project Management Institute (PMI), and Prometric in various roles.
Rory is very involved in the assessment community, with volunteer roles at ATP, ICE, ITCC, PTC, and ANSI. Past roles of note include chairing the ATP Innovations in Testing Conference, chairing the Education and External Stakeholders Committees for ICE, serving as the President of the PTC, and chairing the security committees for ATP and ITCC. He has also served on several Boards of Directors around the testing industry.
Rory received his PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, as well as his MBA from Drexel University’s College of Business. He holds the CAE, PMP, SPHR, and SHRM-SCP certifications.
David Annunziata leads Talogy’s (previously PSI Talent Management) federal business unit and is responsible for effective strategic capture, market intelligence, strategic partnership development, and building the roadmap for company growth and expansion for the business unit. David joined Talogy as part of the acquisition of Performance Assessment Network (PAN) where he served in a similar role for over 10 years. Under his tenure, revenue nearly doubled through new contract acquisition and strategic partnerships.
David has over 30 years’ experience delivering results in sales, business development, and marketing for companies like: Seagram’s, Right Management, PAN, and start-up, Headhunter.net.
David received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Iona College, N.Y. and Certification in Strategic Organizational Leadership from Villanova University, PA. He is also certified in the 16pf Questionnaire personality instrument.
Alicia Allegrini has been with PSI since 2005, and currently oversees all implementation initiatives and client services. Her primary responsibilities include client services, project management and coordination between R&D, IT, Consulting, and Sales team members, for seamless client integration. Alicia’s team provides quality training and daily customer support to PSI’s clients.
Prior to this role, she served as a Manager of Operations and Client Services Consultant. Before joining PSI, she was an HR Generalist at Scripps Memorial Hospital, where she managed various HR initiatives and provided project management.
Alicia earned her Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University, California School of Professional Psychology and her Bachelor of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Saint Mary’s College of California.
Luiza Cortezian is a natural leader whose passion is to build and lead. She believes the foundation of great teams is built on planning, process and people – and understanding how to bring other teams together to achieve operational success. Luiza is responsible for setting the strategic direction of marketing and leading the marketing team across all disciplines – from brand and product marketing to demand generation, public relations, proposal development. Luiza’s team works closely with product and sales teams to drive revenue by developing winning marketing messages and tactics. Her team is also responsible for growing the B2C business at PSI.
Prior to joining PSI, Luiza held numerous leadership roles at PlayStation®Network, Sony Electronics, and AMGtime. As Director of Marketing at PlayStation®Network, Luiza was responsible for growing the online game, video and music sales through the PlayStation™Store.
Luiza holds a master’s degree in International Business Management from UCSD’s School of GPS, and earned a double major Bachelor of Arts degree in Diplomacy & World Affairs and Spanish Literary Studies from Occidental College.
Marisa Yukich joined PSI in June of 2016 and brings extensive experience in global human capital management. Marisa is responsible for the global human capital strategy, M&A integration and diligence, talent acquisition , learning and development, and ensuring initiatives are aligned with the overall company vision. She has experience in global workforce management, leadership development, culture, organizational development, and compensation and benefits.
Prior to joining PSI, Marisa was the Vice President of Human Resources for Venbrook Group, a leader in risk management services, insurance, and reinsurance brokerage solutions. In addition, she was the Vice President of Human Resources, North America, for Prime Focus, a global visual effects and stereo conversion company with offices in North America, India, and the United Kingdom. She also has held various human resources positions at Post Logic, Ryland Homes, and Jackson National Life Insurance.
Marisa holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bowling Green State University.
Charlie Koop is responsible for driving the application of PSI’s technology solutions that enable PSI to continue to provide premium services to our existing customer base, and to create new opportunities to expand on our market share. Charlie’s primary responsibilities include managing and designing PSI applications, providing Technical Program Management oversight, facilitating collaboration with stakeholders, scoping of functionality required for new programs, and being the key technical liaison for business teams.
Since joining PSI in 2002, Charlie has cemented his expertise in operational business requirements and software platform architecture. He has been integral in achieving PSI’s objective of systems integration across the PSI platforms, as well as the optimization and redesign of all of PSI’s existing applications. Before coming to PSI, Charlie owned a private computer consulting company where he led implementations and provided infrastructure support for small business and enterprise concerns. He has extensive experience in the management of technical support services.
Charlie holds numerous Microsoft & Cisco certifications, including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Cisco Certified Network Associate certifications.
Jared Owens is the Vice President of Product Management. Jared has direct control of product features, market facing input, and new product innovation. Jared has a strong focus on listening for gaps in the market and building those needs through PSI’s testing engines and administrative environments.
Jared has 20 years of experience in the testing/assessment space and is an expert in test authoring, item banking, and computer adaptive testing systems. He was one of the initial members of Performance Assessment Network (PAN) up until its acquisition in 2017. Prior to PSI, Jared was a database administrator and systems analyst with industry leaders such as Procter & Gamble, Ford Motor Company, and Thomson Publishing.
Jared holds an MBA in Information Systems and Production Operations from Indiana University, Bloomington (Kelley School) and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Wabash College.
Senior Director, Sales Operations
Jenni Ginsburg provides strategic leadership to the PSI sales organization across its diverse portfolio of business units in the U.S. and abroad. Jenni is responsible for creating consistent sales processes in each business unit, deploying best practices across the organization, and leading the CRM solution for sales and account support teams. Jenni has more than ten years of experience and proven success in sales operations, combined with a strong background in accounting, legal, and event management.
Jenni has been a stalwart for the organization since joining Performance Assessment Network in 2006, which was acquired by PSI in early 2017.
Jenni holds an MBA from the University of Kansas and earned Bachelor of Arts in Economics and in Business Administration from the College of Idaho where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. As a result of academic achievement and athletic distinction as a three-time NAIA All-American golfer, Jenni was awarded a Sears Directors’ Cup Postgraduate Scholarship, which served as precursor to earning her MBA.
Shane King couples pragmatic and innovative leadership with the ability to execute both fiscally and strategically. He leads the Global Operations group, inclusive of the international channel, contact centers, help desk, and third party network. Shane is the premier go-to resource for resolution of at-risk operational challenges and for ability to thrive in dynamic growth environments.
Prior to PSI, Shane spent 16 years at Prometric overseeing international expansion, contact centers, and operations. Before the testing and assessment industry, Shane held positions in the insurance industry and CIC Insurance Company and Zurich.
Shane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Sydney in Australia.
Robert Pryor joined PSI at the beginning of 2016, through the acquisition of EnlightKS Ltd, which was one of the UK’s leading test services provider. Robert is responsible for establishing global standards and implementing procedures to ensure that all applicable security and compliance programs throughout PSI are effective in preventing, identifying, and correcting noncompliance within domestic and international rules and regulations. Since joining PSI, Robert has built a global Compliance and Security team and is responsible for PSI’s GDPR compliance program, Corporate Information Security training, and Risk Management Strategy.
Robert brings a wealth of experience to PSI, having worked in the Learning and Assessment industry since 2001 and as Director of Operations and CISO for EnlightKS Ltd where he led the implementation of ISO 27001.
Robert holds certifications on GDPR Foundation, GDPR Practitioner, Leadership Consultants, People Management, along with a vast number of IT qualifications.
Kerry Williams joined PSI in May of 2018 and is responsible for the revenue growth of the Certification division of PSI International. She has over 15 years of experience building and managing client facing teams in both UK and International Markets, accelerating revenue growth through the development of strategic plans, building high performing sales teams and driving operational efficiency.
Kerry has worked in the assessment sector as a technology vendor since 2004 in the field of certification, supporting companies with their international strategy and implementation activities and providing best practise guidance to Awarding Organisations and Corporate certification clients. Previous positions held by Kerry include VP Sales, Europe at Questionmark Computing Ltd and Sales Manager, Certification at BTL Ltd.
Kerry holds a degree in Politics.
Mark McCutcheon joined PSI at the beginning of 2019 assuming overall Leadership responsibility for the Talent Management part of the International business. Mark is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with the BPS and brings vast International experience, having held various senior roles in talent consulting, organisational development and human resource management.
As well as running his own talent assessment business for several years, Mark has worked for global talent consulting firms specialising in leadership assessment and development including Chandler Macleod, Deloitte and DDI. His experience in consulting organisations on their talent challenges covers selection, assessment, development and succession planning for organisations such as ABN Amro, Citibank, BNP Paribas, Qantas, PWC, Nokia and Asciano.
Ted Kinney is responsible for content development for the Global Talent Management business. Ted is focused on leading an international team of the most talented I/O- and Occupational-Psychologists in the world. Their mandate is simple: Build the most innovative technology-enabled, scientifically rigorous assessments that have ever been created. He is responsible for ensuring that all of PSI’s assessment solutions not only create the experience PSI clients expect, but also to make sure PSI always blazes the trail for innovative approaches to measuring talent to maximize outcomes in all phases of the talent lifecycle.
Ted has a 20+ year track record of success leading psychologists to assist organizations in solving human capital challenges with assessments; from selection to development, from entry-level high-volume to C-Suite Individual assessment, in all industries and throughout the world; he has developed and implemented solutions to improve organizational talent systems. Prior to joining PSI, Ted was an executive at Select International, leading in various roles including the R&D department, the executive assessment practice, and consulting teams. Ted is passionate about advancing the science of Industrial/Organizational Psychology by always pushing new ideas in several active research programs on topics like candidate experience, mobile assessment delivery, fairness, and artificial intelligence.
Ted received his PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Penn State University, his MS in i/O Psychology from Colorado State University, and his BS in Psychology from Penn State University. Ted has been a proud and active member in the Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology (SIOP) for 20+ years.
Ashley Wilson joined PSI in the fall of 2019, bringing with her over 20 years of broad-based legal and compliance experience. Ashley oversees legal, regulatory, and contractual compliance globally for PSI and its subsidiaries. She also oversees the Information Risk Management Office, developing and enforcing corporate policies and procedures around our IT security and privacy functions.
Before PSI, Ashley specialized in the payroll and insurance solutions industry, serving as General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer for The Team Companies and the General Counsel of Cast & Crew Entertainment Services. Ashley began her career at Nationwide Insurance & Financial Services, a public Fortune 100 company, in the global Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities departments. She also advised public and private companies as an Associate in the Corporate department at Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe, a multi-national AmLaw 100 law firm.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Affairs from Miami University and a law degree from Ohio State University.
Francis Chang joined Talogy (previously PSI Talent Management) in December 2019 and is responsible and accountable for leading, defining, and owning the overall product vision and roadmap for the talent management product lines. Working strategically with Talogy’s President, global talent management business unit leads, and the head of R&D, he will identify, assess and prioritize product deliverables, support sales, and account management teams in the acquisition, retention, and development of clients, and collaborate with the technology team to ensure they have what they need to deliver against the prioritized product roadmap.
Before Talogy, Francis served as the Head of Product for MojoRank Corporation, an early- stage company building a talent management SaaS solution. He also worked at Oracle Corporation, Network Appliance, and Quovera in various leadership roles. A customer-centric product management and enterprise SaaS executive with over 20 years of experience, Francis is passionate about developing not only a world-class product organization, but also grooming high performers to be the next group of leaders.
Francis received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
Brad Kendall joined Talogy (previously PSI Talent Management) in December 2019 and is responsible and accountable for managing, directing, and establishing consistent practices and growth of the talent management business in the Americas market. In this role, Brad is focused on creating the go-forward market strategy in coordination with Talogy’s President, the global Talent Management functional leads, and other key stakeholders.
Prior to joining Talogy, Brad was the Chief Revenue Officer of VitalSmarts where he oversaw global sales including all earned revenue, direct sales, sales operations, and sales channels. In addition, Brad managed global sales and services for Employee Engagement & 360 product lines as the Global Head of Employee Insights at Qualtrics. A leader with over 20 years of revenue growth experience in the human capital technology and services domain, he brings a global perspective in both business and sales management to the Talogy team.
Brad received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University.
Lee Harrison joined PSI in February 2020 and is responsible and accountable for leading, defining, and owning the overall product vision and roadmap for the Global Credentialing product lines. In this role, Lee leads the technology, product delivery, and strategic roadmap supporting sales and account management teams in the acquisition, retention, and development of clients.
Before PSI, Lee served as the Chief Technology Officer of SkillPath Seminars, a Non-Profit Leader in Learning and Development for business professionals. He also worked as Chief Technology officer for EML Payments a Global SaaS based payments company. Through his career Lee has played integral roles at startups and public companies such as Intel, Silpada Designs, and Jack Henry and associates.
Lee is a Senior IT executive with more than 25 years of experience helping companies achieve growth objectives by utilizing technology as a catalyst to drive sustainable business results. By applying a balance of business and technical finesse with big picture vision, Lee builds the product strategy, market-entry, positioning, and development roadmap to ensure commercial readiness and success in high-growth and hyper-competitive markets.
Lee attended the University of Tulsa.
Senior Vice President, Global Operations
Raashid Siddique joined PSI in September of 2020 and comes with over 20 years of management/IT consulting and operations experience. He is responsible for managing and developing the various teams within Operations that support both the Test Channel and Remote Proctoring business units. He currently oversees the Client Services, Candidate Services, Tech Support, Remote Proctor, QA/Security, and BPO teams and is constantly looking for ways to improve processes and gain operational efficiencies while globalizing our footprint.
Raashid started his career as a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting where he worked on large-scale software development and change management projects both in the public and private sectors. He spent the last 13 years in the Digital Marketing space, working for The Search Agency as Executive Vice President of Operations and Digital Strategy where he built and developed teams both in the US and overseas and was responsible for managing multiple P&L’s.
Raashid holds an MBA from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a BA from Cal State Northridge.
