Perspectives – historically known as the Intercultural Competency Assessment (ICCA), is an online questionnaire that measures the inclusive behaviors that underpin someone’s cultural capability. Demonstrating the six behaviors that underpin Cultural Capability can make the work environment more inclusive. About Perspectives

Perspectives is a self-assessment questionnaire that only takes the participant 5-10 minutes to complete. The outcomes can be used to power a variety of solutions related to diversity, equity and inclusion:
