The Birkman Abilities Inventory (BAI) is a general reasoning assessment that measures problem identification and problem solving abilities. The BAI is comprised of 36 items and takes approximately 25 minutes to complete with each item being individually timed. It is suitable for both selection and development and measures a wide range of business-related cognitive abilities.
