Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy

MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT

INTRODUCTION

The following statement of PSI Services LLC and its consolidated subsidiaries responds to Section 54, Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 requirements and sets out the steps we have taken across its operational activities in relation to slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and within our own organization during the fiscal year ended April 30, 2023.

PSI Services LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates share the same core business operations and supply chains as well as the modern slavery policies, processes and risks further described in this statement. PSI Services LLC provides this statement for itself and on behalf of certain foreign subsidiaries that are directly covered by a disclosure obligation in their respective jurisdictions. Currently this includes PSI International Holding Limited, pursuant to Section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. Through this statement, PSI Services LLC also satisfies its obligations pursuant to the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010.

OUR BUSINESS AND SUPPLY CHAINS

PSI Services LLC is a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Delaware with principal executive offices in 801 N. Brand Blvd., Suite 685 Glendale, CA 91203 with worldwide operations. We are a global leader in workforce solutions with over 70 years’ experience delivering successful testing programmes to help people achieve success in their academic, personal, and work lives. We provide assessment and talent management solutions to a range of private and public sector organisations.
We do not manufacture goods, operate factories or handle raw materials or commodities. We however source products and services from various suppliers located worldwide. Our main supply chain categories essentially include IT and marketing services.

OUR POLICIES ON SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. In connection with this commitment, we have adopted a policy outlining the employee ethics and conduct standards. It sets out the internal policies, which all of our employees are required to follow in the course of their employment with us. Our internal policies also reflect our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our business and in our supply chains.

DUE DILIGENCE PROCESSES FOR SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING

As part of our initiative to identify, monitor and mitigate against industry risk, business transaction risk and risk in the countries in which we operate, we have in place policies and systems across our business; our trading partners; and our supply chains to:-

  • Identify inappropriate employment practices;
  • Identify, assess and monitor other potential risk areas;
  • Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring; and
  • Protect whistle-blowers.
SUPPLIER ADHERENCE TO OUR VALUES AND ETHICS

We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. To ensure all those in our supply chain and contractors comply with our values, prior to entering into agreements with suppliers, we implement a Third Party Risk Assessment which ensures clearly defined ethical working practices by requiring suppliers to have their own robust anti-slavery and human trafficking policies in place, or to confirm adherence to our own. We also ensure that all employees are paid at the prevailing minimum wage applicable within their relevant country of operation.

TRAINING

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business, and in our supply chains, we provide relevant training to our colleagues. We may, where appropriate, also require our business partners to provide regular and relevant training to their staff and suppliers and providers.

FUTURE PLANS

Going forward we intend to continue to enhance our Third Party Risk Assessment process. We aim to increase employee modern slavery training and enhance our supplier contracts by including more detailed clauses on modern slavery.

The statement has been approved by the PSI Services LLC General Counsel who will review and update it on an annual basis.
